Gretchen Tucker

In January 2023, Gretchen Tucker was appointed to the position of Chief Risk Officer and shares joint responsibility for Corporate Strategy with the Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer.

Her executive leadership combines her legal experience advising on organisational governance with her passionate for creating cultures where risk management is ingrained in the attitudes, values, and behaviours of individuals. Gretchen is responsible for designing and implementing controls, policies and protocols for BeesMont Law to support regulatory compliance, outsourcing, talent management, digital communications and community partnerships. She is further responsible for the supervision of the Junior Compliance & Projects Officer in connection with the development of the firm’s privacy programme and various compliance initiatives.

Gretchen holds a certification in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion: Cultural Competence Skills for Legal Professionals from York University, Osgoode Hall School of Law and has previously served as the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer with executive level oversight for the BeesMont Law business standards of equity, diversity and inclusion.
